Where do you get these laptops? Are they refurbished? No! We get these laptops from recently ended corporate leases.
Can I try the laptops out before I buy them?
Yes! We have them setup in our store and they are all connected wirelessly to the Internet. We encourage you to visit our store to try out the laptops and see which one you like best.
Do you include a warranty?
Yes! We include at least a 30 day warranty with all laptops. We offer extended one year warranties starting at just $39! The extended warranty will increase your coverage to a full 12-months from the date you purchased the laptop.
Do you offer Layaway?
Yes! We do offer layaway! You can make payments at you convenience either with cash or credit. The laptop must be paid in full before it is taken from the store. No personal checks or money orders please.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final! We will work with you do ensure the experience with your laptop is satisfactory!
Do the batteries hold a charge?
Some may hold a charge for up to two hours while others may not work at all. We do not guarantee the life of the battery since they are consumable. The multimedia Dell comes with a good battery. We simply sell these laptops so fast that we don't have the time to test each battery. You can purchase a brand new battery at our store for $59. At the time of your purchase we can do our best to get you a good battery but it depends on availability.
Do the laptops play DVD movies?
Yes! the laptops all play DVDs.
Can you ship the laptop to me?
Yes! We offer shipping anywhere in the USA for $29.
Do the laptop have dial-up modems?
Yes! Most models have dial up modems but please check with a sales rep to confirm as our inventory does change.
Can I use a digital camera, USB memory stick, printer with the laptop?
Yes! All the laptops have ports for USB memory sticks, printers, cameras, iPod etc.
If I order online how long does it take to ship out?
Most orders are shipped out within 48 hours.
What are your hours and where are you located?
We are open Monday through Friday from 10-7pm, Saturday from 12-5pm and Sunday by appointment only. We are located at 1802 12th Ave, (12th and E. Howell) Capitol Hill Seattle, 98122. If coming by public transit, take the 10, 11 or 84 Bus to E Pine St & 12th Ave
